Welcome to my new website. I think you can lose yourself browsing through all of our new items, pre-orders, and fun categories. Pre-orders are exactly that -- please check dates of availability. Enjoy shopping by patterns to find holiday fabrics, stripes and plaids for the perfect binding, or our new low volume category!I am located in the small town of Lewisville, 5 miles west of Rigby, Idaho. Olie & Evie came about from the names of grandmothers (a frequently asked question). I started the business in 2013 as an online shop, selling quality quilting cotton and notions. In 2018 I quit my full-time job to pursue my dream. I moved the shop into the farmhouse I grew up in on the family farm. I love living in the country and run the daily operations of the business, ordering fabric, shipping, customer contacts and quilting for customers. I have a couple of part-time employees who help with cutting and packaging kits and sewing samples. My granddaughters like to come and help pull your orders and fill the treat bags that go out in your orders. My goal is to offer quality products at affordable prices, to meet the growing needs of my customers.
In light of COVID-19 we are doing all we can to keep customers safe so you can continue sewing to your hearts' content. The shop is open again--masks are not mandatory, but encouraged if you have recently been to a COVID-19 hotspot. We also have a few upcoming classes and retreats so check the calendar if you're interested in coming. Class sizes have been modified to allow for social distancing.
